Turn standup notes into tracked tasks.

Standup Bot reads the notes from a Friday meeting, updates the team's Notion tasks, and sends a short Telegram recap.

It is a private team tool operated by Marcus Tan. The bot runs on the operator's Mac and connects the accounts the operator authorizes.

What happens after a meeting

  1. Read the notes.

    The bot finds the Gemini document and reads its tabs, with the full transcript as its main source.

  2. Update the task list.

    A model extracts the plan. The bot creates or updates Notion tasks and records meeting notes and decisions.

  3. Send the recap.

    Telegram receives a short summary, task counts, items needing attention, and a link to Notion.

Know where the notes go.

Meeting text and existing task context are sent to Anthropic's Claude or the configured DeepSeek fallback for extraction. Generated notes and tasks go to Notion. Recaps go to the Telegram chat selected by the operator.
